The so called self service environment in 2013 is better than ever with online banking and shopping.
It is a service in which business's have adopted very well and taken to increase opportunities and because of this there have even been new business's created from being able to sell products online etc.
This self service environment has grown in popularity because it allows people to buy products without technically leaving there house and also find out information without travelling out to a branch for example.
This self service allows people to also withdraw money from atm around town and also deposit money when its suites them and because of this it makes things run smoother and quicker because you don't have to personally see someone to actually do all these process's.
i do not believe in on-line banking, because if Sony PlayStation network can be hacked, then in my opinion so can a on-line banking, because they say it is safe, but technology advances every day so they can never be sure.
